Dr. Kwesi Kwofie
Dr. Kwofie is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Fellowship Director of Acute Pain and Regional Anesthesia at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. He has published many peer-reviewed articles, given hundreds of lectures and workshops all over the world on his many interests, which include ultrasound guided peripheral nerve blockade, mechanisms of peripheral nerve injury, acute pain management, Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) and regional anesthesia education. He is the past chair of the Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Section of the Canadian Anesthesiologist’s Society and an Associate Editor for Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine Journal.
